Good morning, I’m running through again this morning. Actually I’m waiting on Ms. Kate to get dressed and ready. She has aa hair appointment in 45 minutes. I think she’s getting it trimmed or cut or something. I don’t think it is a perm visit. While she is in the beauty shop, I’ll go fill the truck up with gas, Maybe go to Ruler’s and get some half and half for her. Yes, she muddies up her coffee and it has to be regular half and half; none of that “foo-foo” stuff of flavored creamers for her. When i first started drinking coffee I would use creamer and sugar. I can’t believe I did that. I have to have my coffee black now that I’ve “adulted”.
It is going to be another hot and humid day. Hello southern Indiana summer. There is a slight possibility of rain or a storm late tonight or tomorrow morning. That will cut the heat back down for a day — maybe two. And, —- it might even drop the humidity for a day or two.
It is a great day thing that Ms. Kate is going to the beauty shop[ today. This is the first day that she has felt like se can get today dressed. That mean her radiated area has finally healed to the the point that she can wear “next to skin” clothing. That is a wonderful thing. She has really been through some stuff with this cancer program and regimen. I am so very grateful to God that it was detected in the exact right time and her surgery was “minimal” compared to so many other cancer patients. Maybe now, we will be getting totally back to “real” life once again. So this is her actual “first outing” in several weeks. She even plans to go to church this week. She’s missed being able to do that and so many people have asked about her, and have prayed for her. We have so much to be thankful for.
It’s July 7th. One full week of the month of July is already gone. In two weeks I will turn 79 years of age. I remember when turning 79 was something old people did.
Time to go. The lady waits!!! Peace
