It’s been three days since I wrote; —- where has the time gone? What has taken up my time; —— just stuff that needed doing, and here it is, afternoon already. 

This morning Ms. Kate had a hair appointment this morning and I am so happy that she changed her hair style back to a look that I love.  I never say much about her hair stair cuts or styles. But a few years ago she had a hair style that I really liked. It was much sorter than what she has been wearing it for the last year or so. Any way, I found a picture of her from a couple of years ago in tat hairstyle and showed it to her and told her that I really like that style. Well, she came out of the beauty shop today and I was very surprised and happy that she had changed it back again. 

Wife she was getting her hair cut, I went to my Neighborhood Walmart and picked up a few groceries that I knew we needed and filed up the gas tank. Gas is still $3.49 at Walmart, but higher elsewhere. Then — we went to breakfast at the Sunrise Cafe. You know I love a good breakfast. 

Yesterday I spent all day out i the yard mowing, weed eater trimming, and finally gettin  the tomato garden weeded. I also dig up my couple of volunteer potatoes and ended up with maybe a dozen and a half potatoes. Not bad for something I did nothing for. So, thank you Lord for the gift. 

The temperature is going up to 90 again today so I’m glad I got my yard work done yesterday. It has been really comfortable out for the past two days. The blessing was low humidity. 

This afternoon yet, and after our nap, Kate and I are going to make up some meatloaf. I love her meatloaf. We went to the market the other day and picked up some Ground Chuck. Fresh Market had ground chuck on sale every Tuesday. The really great thing about it is that Fresh Market is across the street from Cold Stone Creamery; so guess what we had for lunch on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!
